As a fashion photographer who appreciates aesthetics, stepping into the brasserie featuring a bar/lounge in the heart of the hotel felt like a seamless blend of style and taste.One morning, after a restful night in the beautiful and comfortable rooms, I indulged in the breakfast spread, which truly exceeded my expectations. Not only was it one of the best I've had in the last year, but the attention to detail and the freshness of the local ingredients set a high standard for hotel dining.While the food offerings throughout the day could vary more, the breakfast experience alone made me eager to return. The proximity to nearby restaurants like Charles Bonpain and Da Vinci offers additional dining options, but Novotel's breakfast stole the show for me.Novotel provided a delightful culinary experience intertwined with comfortable accommodations, making it a memorable stay for any discerning traveler.
